We understand that life's unexpected events can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to ensure fairness and uphold the integrity of our business, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so within 5 business days, subject to availability. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation according to our policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which allow us to effectively manage our schedule and continue providing quality service to all our clients.
